We never sell or pass on any of your details and FDX Sports and Outdoors Ltd in maintains a strict privacy policy in accordance with the "Data Protection Act 1998".

FDX is a registered trademark and may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not FDX, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits FDX. All other trademarks not owned by FDX Sports and Outdoors Ltd that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by FDX Sports and Outdoors Ltd.

 YOUR MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. FDX Sports and Outdoors Ltd reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from fdxsports.cc are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

 PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

fdxsports.cc attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, fdxsports.cc does not warrant those product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by rakgrs.cc itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

 APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting FDX Sports and Outdoors Ltd, you agree that the laws that govern United States of America, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and fdxsports.cc.

 PAYMENTS

Payment on our website is taken through our secure payment pages using PayPal where you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure pages to process your payment.
Prices are quoted in ($) dollars and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
If your delivery address is outside the US you may be liable for relevant import duties and/or taxes when your order reaches your country.

 PROMOTIONAL VOUCHERS

Promotional vouchers and online discount codes have a validity of 30 days from the offer being released unless otherwise specified. FDX Sports and Outdoors Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend any offer and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your statutory rights are not affected.

 YOUR RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER

In accordance with US law, consumers have a 14 day period in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund (This excludes custom products & Hires). Consumers do not need to give a reason for canceling their purchase. We are obliged to refund payments to consumers in full within 30 days after receiving confirmation of your cancellation.

 HOW TO CANCEL WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR GOODS.

• FDX Sports and Outdoors Ltd must receive a cancelation notice in writing within this period. We recommend that you use the email address shop@fdxsports.cc
• Once the return has been accepted from FDX Sports and Outdoors Ltd, you must return the product within 14 days of the cancelation.
• It is down to you as a customer to make sure that a product is returned in its original condition, ensuring the goods remain in resalable condition including packaging, manuals and all accessories, with a valid proof of purchase.
• FDX Sports and Outdoors Ltd has the right to deduct an amount from the reimbursement (or charge a consumer) if the consumer has diminished the value of the goods by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function. This is based on whether a consumer has handled the goods in a way beyond what is reasonably allowed in a shop.

 SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY

Please review our other policies, posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to fdxsports.cc. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed sever able and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

All our offers, and coupon codes excludes New arrivals, Sale items, Gift Cards, Custom Orders. Offer cannot be applied to previously placed orders. Offer cannot be combined with other offers. Not valid on wholesale or bulk orders. We reserve the right to limit quantities and/or reject any orders based on stock on hand or other circumstances. Any promotional offer may be modified or terminated at any time without notice. Offers not valid on cancelled or out of stock merchandise.
